Provide a 18mm layer of Resin Mill
ResinRox resin bound surfacing. Binding
quartz can be incorporated to enhance
strength, slip resistance, durability, and
long-term performance.

performance of the system. It also
includes anti-crack technology.

REGULATING CAPPING LAYER
Where required, install up to 25 mm of
capping layer of 5–10 mm angular stone, well
compacted onto the sub-base to provide
a smooth, level surface for the structural
reinforcement mesh.
MOT TYPE 3 OR SIMILAR
Provide a sub-base at a minimum thickness of
150mm, increasing to 300mm where required,
subject to ground conditions. Use Type 3 or
equivalent free-draining material to achieve
adequate permeability.
BOUND BASE PRO
This is a structural base layer made up
of aggregate and a specialist single part
binder. The base solution is between 15 and
30mm thick depending on application.
